We made better progress than anticipated for the first week and we repainted buildings 1-4. For this portion of our work, we are focusing on repainting of the buildings (trim, fascia, siding, doors). We will be working back around with wood repairs and deck painting in the coming weeks.

We expect weather next week to be good overall with sun throughout and winds between 2-4 MPH most days. We anticipate slightly less favorable weather on Monday only. We plan to focus on buildings 5-8 this coming week.

If our crews will be working on your units in the upcoming week, please ensure that you keep in mind the following requests. Your cooperation greatly helps our team stay on track.

• Remove all personal items, such as decorations from the exterior of your unit. The painting crews will drape and cover large items such as furniture and barbecues.
• Close all windows and doors.
• Ensure that all pets are indoors during the work.
• Do not park your vehicle near the units being painted during working hours.
