We are excited to start work on your community’s repainting project. We will be repainting perimeter walls (including the stucco and metal view fencing) throughout your community. We will also be repainting utility boxes, pump houses, and pedestrian bridges. Please refer to the community map for areas being painted.

This project will occur in phases between 2/24 through 3/21. We’ll plan to prioritize preparation work (power washing, repairs, etc.) in the early days of the project. After repainting walls/fencing, we will finish with repainting bridges and pump houses.

When our work is near your home, please ensure that you keep in mind the following requests. Your cooperation greatly helps our team stay on track.

• Trim back any vegetation from metal view fencing.
• Ensure that all pets are indoors during the work.
• Do not park your vehicle near the walls being painted during working hours.
